Wet cast box culvert forms are built for many years of reliable service. ERMC Wet cast boxes are manufactured as fixed span with adjustable rise. Size ranges are 6'-0" span x 3'-0" rise to 15'-0" span x 12'-0" rise with a 6'-0" product lay length. Single cell and double cell styles are available. Many of the components from either style are interchangeable.

Radius corners reduce corner damage in handling and provide for easy unloading.

Double Cell Box equipment can produce products from 6’ x 4’ double cell to 15’ x 15’ double cell. Forms are manufactured in fixed span with adjustable rise versions. Product lay length can be varied from 6’-0” to 4’-0” with our adjustable drop groove former.

Double cell and single cell installation side by side at job site.

ERMC box do not require top yokes or bottom ties. This allows for easy changeover and quick set ups.
