ERMC Single Direction Benders are available in widths beginning at eight feet. The standard unit is capable of bending Welded Wire Reinforcing (WWR) up to W(D)12.0 (3/8" diameter) on 2 inch centers for the entire width of the machine. Final bends of 90 degrees or 180 degrees must be specified when inquiring.

ERMC Single Direction Benders are equipped with individual bending anvils that may be placed to bend variable spaced mesh. The typical anvil radius furnished with the bender is 3/4", however, other radii may be furnished by request up to 3".

ERMC Single Direction Benders may be up-graded to bend mesh to a full 180 degrees. The structure, power unit, hydraulic cylinder size and placement are designed and built to give accurate and consistent bending. Please note the hidden hydraulic hoses to prevent misuse and abuse. Fork pockets or lifting eyes are furnished for easy transport.

ERMC 180-Degree Single Direction benders have been designed and built to bend D-32 (5/8" WWR) on 4" centers for a full thirty feet.
