Flared-end Section Molds

Horizontal flared end molds are all manufactured to the exacting tolerances that you have learned to expect in an ERMC mold. Forms are available in R4 and non-R4 joints as well as “combo” molds that can produce either type. Each form is provided with a header and pallet adaptor plate allowing the production of both male and female joints. Also included are vibrator mounts with dust covers, handling hole former plugs, and trash guard notches or holes. All slope block outs are gasketed to prevent leakage, which means a minimal amount of post stripping work will need to be done in your plant. Round, Arch, and elliptical versions are available.
