The ERMC semi-automated off-bear system is built to transfer tipped pipe to single or multiple off-bear tables. The off-bear system can be employed with either rotating, or push-through kiln cart systems.

Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinders provide the tipping force required while keeping the product “under control” during the tipping cycle.

Rubber on contact surfaces protects the pipe from damage during the tipping process.

The operator can engage the pipe, tip and remove the pipe from the tipping platform without leaving the control station.

A single hydraulic pump provides all the power required.

With manual valves in the hydraulics, and easily accessible bearings, maintenance is minimal.
