Erickson Mobile Pipe Tippers

The New Mobile Pipe Tipper design consept by Elk River Machine Company / Erickson Mobile Equipment. This unit tips down "rack back" pipe placed on a kiln floor.

The Pipe Tipper reaches over the pipe and tips the pipe back towards the drive unit.

The Pipe Tipper moves the pipe out of the kiln and a fork lift with gang forks will remove the pipe from the the rack.

Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinders provide the tipping force required while keeping the product “under control” during the tipping cycle.
Rubber on contact surfaces protects the pipe from damage during the tipping process.
The operator can engage the pipe, tip and remove the pipe from the tipping platform without leaving the control station.
A single hydraulic pump provides all the power required.
With manual valves in the hydraulics, and easily accessible bearings, maintenance is minimal.
