Automatic Pallet Placer System. The Pallets are loaded into the pallet magazine with a forklift an automatic header robot places the pallet on the feed conveyor. The conveyor brings the pallets by the wire room where the cage is placed on the pallet. The pallet and cage is lifted off the belt and moved so the crane can reach the pallet in the pipe machine. The crane closes the jacket around the pallet and cage and places the mold on the pipe machine.

The stripping process is fully automatic both gates and pallet latches are operated by the crane controls.

The pallets magazine are loaded by a forklift and the hoist controls automatically brings the pallets into plant.

While the pallets are transferred to the pipe machine they go by the wire room and the cage are placed on the pallet. The pallet and cage are automatically placed on the turntable to be picked up by the crane.

Headers are placed into the jacket.

Standard sizes are 3 Ton (12"-24" Pipe), 5 Ton (12"-36"Pipe), 6 Ton (12"-48" Pipe, other sizes available upon request.
