12" - 36" Pipe Express produces pipe at a rate of 90 seconds/pipe. This system inserts headers automatically. When utilize tongue formers on the packer head The Pipe Express system cycle time is reduced to 60 seconds/pipe.
Pipe Express is an automated off bearing system for use with Packhead as well as many other pipe manufacturing systems. It lends itself very well to high production machines where large volumes are poured daily. The system is best suited for use in applications where moving floors (Kiln Carts) are utilized. Various sizes are available. The dualrail length will be custom manufactured to fit into your specific location. Couple a Pipe Express with ERMC air operated pipe machine jackets for maximum pouring efficiency.
