Elk River Machine Company has been Providing Solutions for nearly fifty years. Elk River Machine Company has been involved with the Precast Concrete industries since the company's infancy. In addition to the traditional Precast products such as Pipe, Manholes, Tanks and Prestressed components, ERMC has become active in the Architectural Cast Stone, and Veneer Cast Stone industries.

Offerings of special note include:

  · Acromix Systems batch plants and mixers, which serve the complete range of concrete batching requirements from wet cast, to zero slump dry-cast, self-consolidating and even earth-moist dry tamp concrete. The Acromix Systems bin gate upgrade has the ability to measure aggregate material to within one pound of the specified batch weight per material, a standard unequaled by competing products.

  · Mesh handling products include the Hydra-Roll Computerized Mesh Roller capable of rolling nearly any concrete pipe cage. Other offerings include mesh benders and cage expanders of various capabilities.

  · Pipe Express and Delivery Express are automated concrete pipe off-bearing or material delivery systems innovatively designed, and durably built for reliable service.

  · Hydra-Steer Trailers set the standard for steerable trailers. Originally designed and built to haul oversized prestressed bridge girders, these trailers are now being used to haul a variety of long and heavy loads. The trailer is operated by the driver from the cab of the tractor.
