Elk River Machine Company can furnish your plant complete with powder silos sized and constructed for optimum efficiency and cleanliness. We have multiple methods of handling bulk cement and we are eager to discuss the advantages of any of them. Let us help you establish the silo discharge height, as well as the length, pitch and diameter of the cement screw conveyor to fit your needs.

Cement silos are offered in a variety of capacities and geometries; standard, low profile, split and mobile units. ERMC can integrate silos and cement screw augers into your batch plant for one-stop shopping.

Basic Silos Standard Equipment: Legs with 3' - 6" clearance under discharge, jam gate, outside ladder with cage - full railing, 4" blower pipe with alum. Adapter, 150 sq. ft. dust house with air vibrator and pop off valve manhole, 8 externally mounted air pads with manifold, sand blast, prime, and paint standard color (white, light grey, dunes tan, cat yellow).

Double Wall Split Silos Standard Equipment: Legs with 3'-6" clearance under discharge, (2) jam gates, inside ladder, outside ladder with cage - full railing, (2) 4" blower pipes with alum. Adapter, (2) 150 sq. ft. dust houses with air vibrators and pop off valves, (2) manholes, 12 externally mounted air pads with manifold, sand blast, prime and paint standard color (white, light grey, dunes tan, cat yellow).

Structural Stands 20' Tall Structure: includes extension blower pipe(s), ladder landing, ladder w/safety cage. Drive Thru or Non Drive Thru available for all our standard silos. Option: Hand and knee rail on all sides
