Acromix manual controls provide basic batch plant operation. The attendant is in command of mixer and hydraulic motor stop / start, aggregate and cement batching as well as water volumes, mixing time and discharge. Digital readouts are standard for control of aggregate and cement weights.

Acromix Programmable Logic Controller automates the manual functions of the plant. PLC controls store up to 30 mix designs, and cement, water, aggregates and even admixtures are batched and mixed with the touch of a button. Non-stop production is accomplished by calling for a second batch while the first batch is mixing. Adjustable parameters allow fine tuning of the control system to include optional microwave moisture compensation and self-compacting-concrete (SCC) admixtures.

Acromix Easy-Touch is a Windows based computer control system for large volume batch plants or custom layouts with multiple mixing stations. With Easy-Touch up to 50 mix designs may be stored for immediate retrieval and multiple admixtures such as viscosity modifiers and SCC admixtures may be controlled. Microwave moisture compensation can be accomplished. Multiple cements, fly ash and powder admixtures may be utilized and controlled as well as multiple aggregate choices controlled. Easy-Touch’s batching by ingredient allows for dynamic batch control.
