Acromix low profile batch plants have the smallest footprint in the industry. Each plant is sized and built to your specifications and for your application. Acromix batch plants are constructed on a common frame, or shipped in major components for a minimum of on-site installation effort.

Now, you can feed two operations from a common batch plant and control system; wet and dry cast at the same time, multiple colors, or multiple batch sizes and configurations. The unit illustrated here includes a full 1-yard mixer on one end, and a ½ hard mixer on the other, while sharing common bins and controls.

We naturally would prefer an Acromix mixer on each batch plant. However we have mounted other manufacturers’ models and even existing customers’ mixers on Acromix batching systems.

Acromix batch plants measure only what you call for. Compression load cells are located on the traveling carriage for increased accuracy and reliability

The typical Acromix batch plant employs an oversized batcher bucket with lifting arms; eliminating the need for messy and maintenance intense belt conveyors.

Overhead cement batching provides the cleanest, most efficient method for adding cement to your mixer. ERMC has a number of methods of handling bulk cement. Please call for details and pricing.

Overhead batching is by far the most accurate method of measuring powder materials. Dual overhead batchers are available to prevent commingling of materials, yet may be weighed on a common scale.

Acromix batch plants include manual controls as a standard component. Upgrades include three levels of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) automation, and three levels of Windows-based PC operation.

Cement silos and screw conveyors are also available from Acromix.
