All Mesh Flatteners manufactured by ERMC are built with the same rugged construction as the Hydra Roll CMR. Manufactured with grooved rolls and a powerful drive system, this machine is rated to process wire mesh up to W14 wire on 2" spacing. In Semi-automatic mode, this Mesh Flattener can process your material at a rate of 30 feet minute.

Rear view

The Mesh Flattener has two options for payoff rollers. Option 1 is the manual pay-off roller (shown above); option 2 is a powered pay-off roller as shown under the Hydra Roll mesh roller tab above.
